In order to use the online Land Use Revalidation system, you must know your account number and the owner name that is listed on the tax records. Your account number and owner name is located on the Revalidation notice you received in the mail or located on your semi-annual tax bill. Your account number is specifically located underneath the barcode in the upper right corner of your land use Revalidation notice. A single application prepared in duplicate shall be filed for each line or account number on the land book. More than one classification may be included on the one application.
